Winstone Aggregates has developed a relationship with the Te Mana Taiao Environmental Trust, who represent the Raukawa Rohe as well as a small part of the Tuwharetoa and Te Arawa groups.

Our relationship with Te Mana Taiao Environmental Trust aims to find opportunities for people development, and as a result of this Winstone Aggregates has specifically developed a summer internship programme for students of Maori descent. The programme is designed to give a student working towards a degree in Science (such as zoology, botany, ecology), Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Planning or Resource Management, an opportunity to gain industry experience and leadership skills as well as an appreciation of industry and their possible role within it.
