Winstone Aggregates' Auckland laboratory now provides site and lab services. Offering a sampling and testing service to the extractive industry market (quarries, sand pits, mining), the service allows suppliers to offer IANZ accredited test results with their products: often a requirement for project works and when supplying to NZTA specifications.

In addition to the core business of aggregate testing, the Auckland laboratory has added field testing to its scope of accreditation. The service is specifically tailored to meet client needs and includes structuring of testing programmes to meet particular design requirements, laboratory and field-testing, along with technical supervision on construction sites.

Resolving problems and identifying opportunities in collaboration with the client is an important aspect of the laboratory's activities. Winstone Aggregates also provides technical assistance for the supply of aggregate and compaction of fill and roading materials.
